We just had another GREAT Tucson steak dinner here! Mike was our server and was simply the best. NY strip was cooked to perfection They have horseradish in two separate intensities if that's your thing Be sure to order the mud pie! Note to manager. Please consider signage saying "Users of electronics MUST wear headphones to not distract other diners." There was a clueless family whose child was watching an iPad with sound on. Rude but can be managed with assertive action. Thanks!

Big fan of Silver Saddle Steakhouse. They have the best prime rib I've encountered in four years of living in Tucson and probably some of the best prime rib I've had in my 50+ years on this planet. And I grew up on a beef farm. The vibe is hometown and I love it. The server was very attentive without being overwhelming. We didn't have to wait long on a Saturday night without reservations. It's not overly loud and there's something for everyone on the menu. Again, the best prime rib in Tucson. Go get some.

King's Cut Prime Rib last night X 3, medium rare - absolutely fantastic. Seriously, for Prime Rib - I believe this is as good as it gets in Tucson, and it is GOOD! (El Corral, Pinnacle Peaks "Forget-about-it"). Recommend the loaded potato & requesting 'real cheese' vice the standard cheese 'sauce'. Cowboy beans and the soft warm rolls, wonderful. Tip of the hat to Christy Q. who is in my top 5 servers ever! Always present but never there, forward thinking, polite, knows the menu - just 10-star service, thank you Christy and appreciate the hard work Silver Saddle team.

Dinner in the desert! Don't judge a book by its cover. Felt like I was in a scene of an old western. Located right off the highway. Lots of seating and decent pricing. They do have a $6.95 split plate fee but it's worth it because the portions are large enough to share. Everything was seasoned and cooked well. I loved the salad bar. Be sure to pile high as you can only go once. However the rolls are unlimited. Everyone was so welcoming and the cooks are certified on that grill! 16oz NY Strip cooked medium Baked potato loaded Salad bar Waitress: Karen she was so sweet, patient and personable. She gave great tips and gave us to-go drinks without us having to ask she is top tier.

One great throw-back Tucson Steakhouse. We stumbled in because we were in the area and Yelpers said "go". Great menu. Covers all the meat, rib, chicken bases. We ordered The Queen Prime Rib and it was a perfect share, with sides and salad. Excellent service by server newbie Stetson. Ask for him. Everyone we interacted with was super-duper. Clean bathrooms thanks for that. Especially cool was the open grill.

Great experience, friendly service, fair prices! I made a reservation. We were seated right away. To start you are served delicious warm bread rolls. Then your choice of soup (soup of the day or French onion) or the salad bar. I had the beef noodle soup (soup of the day) - it was tasty. I had the 10 oz top sirloin for my meal cooked medium well. It was delicious! Cooked perfectly. My baked potato had cheese, chives, and butter. It was very good! The beans were enjoyable as well. I would come back the next time I visit Tuscon.

We FINALLY got to try the food at Silver Saddle, after hearing nothing but excellent recommendations from our friends. I started off with the French Onion Soup, while everyone else had the Clam Chowder (New England style) and they were all tasty. My soup wasn't salty like most establishments offerings. It had a good balance of cheese and broth. I had the King Cut Prime Rib and it was cooked to perfection. It was tender enough to cut with your fork. My wife had the Ribs and the ribs and the sauce was excellent. We are planning to return and reservations are recommended.
